- User-Generated Content: Posts (TimTalks), messages (Hollers), images you upload, and interactions (Yeehaws, Re-TimTalks, replies, bookmarks).
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, including features accessed, time spent, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and optimization.
We do NOT collect: Your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or any other personally identifiable information unless you explicitly provide it (e.g., in your profile or posts).

We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

How Long We Keep Your Data:

How to Delete Your Data:
- Revoke Consent: Go to your Profile → Settings → "Revoke Data Consent." This will clear all your local data and require you to accept the privacy terms again to use TimTalk.
- Delete Account: Go to your Profile → Settings → "Delete Account." This will permanently delete all your data from our servers, including posts, messages, and interactions.
- Contact Us: Email us at support@timtalk.app to request data deletion. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data and request a copy
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (see Section 6)

8. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

9. Children's Privacy
TimTalk is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
